Lina Tullgren shares new track “Fitchburg State” via  Brooklyn Vegan who write: “Lina Tullgren brings a dark, moody air to her songs and arrangements that gives them an unsettling edge that also draws you in…the raw production style makes it all the more compelling.”

“Fitchburg State” is the second single off Lina’s forthcoming debut LP Won, out September 22nd. It’s a beautiful and brooding track, the inspiration for which she ascribes to a once recurring dream.

“There was a week one winter where I dreamt every night about attending college, though this is not something I have ever done. I think of this song as me yelling through a tin can into some stratosphere where I do what I’m told and live a seemingly “normal” life, whatever that might mean. “

Following her two September record release shows, Lina will head out on tour across North America with label-mate Alex Calder!
