Christmas has come early! Austin chanteuse Molly Burch has released The Molly Burch Christmas Album via Captured Tracks.

The omnibus collection has a little something for everyone, from classics including “I’ll Be Home for Christmas” and “Auld Lang Syne” to heartland hits like “Hard Candy Christmas” (Dolly Parton) and “Snowqueen of Texas” (The Mamas & The Papas) and a pair of originals penned by Burch. On the playful and joyous recently released cover of Wham!’s “Last Christmas” Burch is joined by two special guests: actors / comedians John Early (Search Party, Wet Hot American Summer) and Kate Berlant (Sorry to Bother You, Once Upon a Time in Hollywood) who add a blithe intro and backing vocals throughout. The album was recorded by Will Patterson (Sleep Good, RF Shannon, Jesse Woods) and Jarvis Taveniere (Woods, Martin Courtney, Purple Mountains) in Austin, TX and Los Angeles, CA.
